Practice Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and caring Part-Time Practice Nurse to join our friendly, well-established medical practice. This role is ideal for a nurse looking for flexible hours, a supportive team, and above-award remuneration.

About the Role

Working alongside our GPs and allied health team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support a wide range of general practice services. Hours and days are negotiable for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Immunisations (adult and childhood)

• Chronic disease management and health assessments

• Wound care and dressings

• Assisting with minor procedures

• Assisting with iron infusions

• Supporting accreditation and quality improvement activities

• Managing the recall system

• Any other additonal skill will be looked upon favourably

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN

• Current CPR certification

• Previous experience in general practice (preferred)

• Strong clinical and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and patient care approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with Best Practice or MedicalDirector (desirable)
