Practice Nurse (RN) – Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well-established medical practice in Carrara. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a supportive team of doctors in a busy and professional clinic environment.

About the Role
The clinic is looking for a skilled and confident Practice Nurse as a current full-time nurse has recently moved on to another position. The role requires someone who can work independently, as the practice does not have the capacity to provide training.

Key Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Practice Nurse

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Weekend Work: Not required

• Pay Rate: $43 – $50 per hour (casual rate), depending on experience and skill level

• Software Used: Medical Director and Pracsoft

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience

• Previous Practice Nurse experience is essential

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously

Preferred Clinical Competencies

• Venepuncture

• Immunisations

• Wound care

• Care Plans / Chronic Disease Management (CDM)

• ECGs
