We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high quality primary care and allied health support within a busy general practice and disability support setting. You will work alongside GPs, allied health professionals and support staff to provide patient-centred care, health promotion and chronic disease management. The role is hands-on, varied and ideal for a nurse who thrives in a motivating, innovative and friendly environment.

• Assist with mixed-billing processes, accurately documenting services and supporting efficient workflow.
• Deliver health education, prevention programs and patient follow-up to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, adhere to policies and contribute to a safe, compliant workplace.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated primary care or general practice nursing experience; disability or community care experience highly regarded.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-focused setting.
• Current immunisation certification and first aid qualifications preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to be based in Kalgoorlie.
