Practice Nurse

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Practice Nurse to join our growing women's health team.

At Full Circle Care, we believe healthcare is about more than appointments and procedures. It's about creating a safe, supportive environment where women feel heard, respected and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

Working 3 days per week, you'll play an integral role in supporting our multidisciplinary team of GPs, Gynaecologist and Allied Health practitioners. From keeping our treatment room running smoothly to supporting women during examinations, minor procedures and post-surgical care, you'll help ensure every patient receives exceptional care and support.

As our services continue to grow, you'll also be involved in exciting new areas including vaccinations and iron infusions, helping us expand the care we provide to our community.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA), with no restrictions on practice.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in women’s health, gynaecology, or primary care settings.
• Experience assisting with minor procedures, pre- and post-procedure care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, provide sensitive care, and support patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient education, and health promotion, particularly in areas such as reproductive health, menopause, and chronic condition management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and trauma-informed care environment.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, use of electronic medical record systems, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Sound knowledge of professional standards, infection prevention
