Psychological Services Manager (Psychologist)

We’re looking for Psychologist to lead a team of Provisional Psychologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors and be part of one of Australia's largest workplace injury prevention providers, with a rapidly growing Team of Psychologists. 

Join a large and supportive multi-disciplinary team of 40+ in WA, including a diverse and supportive Leadership Team.

In this role, you'll be responsible to…

• Coach and lead a growing Team of Provisional Psychologists
• Triage, delegate and supervise new services, including customer liaison and ongoing quality oversight of junior staff
• Develop and sustain productive customer relationships through prioritisation of customers and their needs
• Ensure services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
• Delivery of Psych-specific services such as Counselling and Vocational Assessments.

Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or a similar field, ideally with 2+ years of experience delivery Vocational services
• Demonstrated people leadership experience including coaching and developing individuals and influencing teams 
• Practical knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and case management, with the ability to drive the team to progress cases
• You will have a demonstrated track record of customer management and development with an the ability to drive new sales
• Exceptional organisational skills, confidence in juggling competing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Energetic, positive and motivated approach
