Role Description

This contract role is for a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Registrar based on-site in Wellington Point, QLD. The professional in this role will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, conduct detailed psychological assessments, and offer counseling services to a diverse client base. Responsibilities include collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical documentation, and participating in clinical supervision and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health practices.
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing and interpreting assessment outcomes to guide individualized care plans.
• Experience in Clinical Supervision or a willingness to engage in supervision as part of ongoing professional development.
• Strong analytical, empathic communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Full registration or provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Compliance with ethical standards in psychological practice and a commitment to providing high quality care.
• Additional training or specialization in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., CBT, ACT, or DBT) is an advantage.
