About the role

We're currently looking for Psychologists (Clinical/General/Registrar/Provisional), and Mental Health Social Workers (AMHSW registered) who share our passion for mental health and person-centred client care and who can provide Medicare services.

Our practice has been thriving for 5 years and due to expanding need, we are offering multiple positions for full time/part time roles to clinicians with a range of experience who will have the opportunity to work with their population of interest based on their area of expertise. We are looking for practitioners who above all, are a great fit for our team. Whether you're just starting out in private practice, bring years of experience, or are newly registered, if you're passionate, empathic, and dedicated, then we would love to have you as part of our team.

Our admin staff also handle everything in the background, from scheduling to invoicing, so you can focus on your clients. About Us

At Jess Rogers & Co Psychology, we are committed to providing high quality, inclusive, supportive, and professional services to all clients. Our focus as a practice is centred around being trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, accessible, ethical and ensuring our approach to each client is tailored individually to meet the person's needs.

In December 2025, we expanded our practice from one clinic to two; having designed and built a custom, spacious, purpose-built second clinic in Rockingham for our beloved community and clients. With 7 therapy rooms available and a comfortable reception area, our Rockingham clinic has been happily servicing the community, clients, and the growing JR & Co team's needs since opening. We are now able to offer psychological assessments and therapy services for all ages, including 2 dedicated play therapy rooms for the children and adolescents in our region. We also offer individual, and couples counselling. Due to this, we now have an ever-growing waitlist, and are looking for practitioners who are ready to be welcomed and supported to thrive in your professional journey. Our Rockingham practice is located directly across from the beach, so come join our relaxed, coastal clinic.

For those interested in opportunities further North, we also have one part-time position available at our Hamilton Hill clinic. This role is situated in our clinic located above a medical centre in Hamilton Hill. With a comfortable clinic, competitive salary, steady stream of referrals, and ongoing support and focus on your fulfilment, this role is designed with flexibility and collaboration in mind.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting evidence-based psychological interventions for clients.
• Delivering evidence based therapy in a supportive environment to a diverse range of clients with different presenting needs.
• Maintaining client records and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when required to provide holistic, client-centred care.
• Participating in regular supervision and professional development activities.
• Bringing warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to client work.

What we're looking for

• Registration as a Clinical/General Psychologist with AHPRA or Mental Health Social Worker with AASW.
• Experience or interest in trauma-informed practice.
• Passionate practitioners who value collaboration, professional excellence, and ethical practice.
• Strong communication and clinical skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver interventions with a diverse range of clients.
• Commitment to regular clinical supervision and CPD.
• Medicare Provider number, relevant insurances.
