We’re a local, face-to-face psychology practice grounded in strong clinical thinking and genuine human connection. We believe good psychology doesn’t happen in rushed rooms or unsupported systems. It happens when clinicians feel supported, supervised, and trusted to do their best work.

What your work will look like

Your days may include:

• Providing psychological therapy using modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, Psychodynamic approaches, or other modalities aligned with your interests/skillset
• Working with a broad range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, personality disorders, and more
• Conducting assessments aligned with your interests and competencies (e.g. cognitive, learning, neurodivergence)
• Working face-to-face with clients from the local community
• Having autonomy over your work hours and days, supporting genuine work–life balance
• For early career psychologists the ability in developing your clinical identity at a pace that feels sustainable

Supervision and support

We take supervision seriously.

• Board Approved Supervisor available
• Primary supervision for Provisional Psychologists
• Secondary supervision for Clinical Registrars
• Supervision is built into the role which is structured, thoughtful, and focused on your development
• A clinic culture that values clinical discussion, ethical practice, and reflective work
