We are a well-established private practice in leafy Yeronga, offering a calm, beautifully resourced space for deep therapeutic work.

We are currently seeking one therapist to join our growing team:

• Psychologist / Accredited Mental Health Social Worker / Mental Health Occupational Therapist

Minimum three shifts per week. A mix of day, evening and optional Saturday shifts are available.

About Little Window

• We provide long-term, relational therapy to adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families.
• Our client base is diverse, and due to high demand, new therapists build their caseloads quickly.
• We prioritise sustainable client work — therapists typically see 5–6 clients per day, with proper breaks to support self-care and clinical presence.
• Although Telehealth is available where appropriate, these roles are primarily face-to-face.
• Our practice is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurobiological frameworks.
• We foster a culture of authenticity, collaboration, and connection.

The Right Fit
We are seeking therapists who:

• Are generally registered, clinically endorsed, or in a registrar program (Psychologists), or are Accredited Mental Health Social Workers / Mental Health OTs.
• Are eligible (or soon eligible) for a Medicare Provider Number.
• Have at least 2 years' experience providing individual counselling or psychotherapy.
• If applying for a child-focused position: experience working with children and teens using relational and/or expressive modalities.
• Work from an attachment-based, trauma-informed, and neurobiological perspective.
• Value reflective practice, feedback, and self-awareness.
• Are committed to long-term therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Wish to be part of a team that prioritises integrity, collaboration, and relational depth.
• Can manage independent work within a connected team culture.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide long-term individual therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children.
• Manage client caseload and maintain professional documentation (case notes, reports, letters, referrals).
• Liaise with GPs, NDIS providers, schools, and other services where needed.
• Engage in professional development and regular supervision.
• Maintain alignment with Little Window’s values and clinical standards.
