Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse - General Practice

FMP Medical Practice is a leading general practice with multiple sites across the northern Illawarra, and we are looking for a caring and motivated Practice Nurse to join our supportive clinical team. While this role is ideally full-time, we understand that flexibility matters and are very happy to consider part-time or casual arrangements for the right person.

You will be a compassionate, motivated, and professional nurse who enjoys working in a busy general practice environment.

You are currently working as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse in general practice or a similar clinical setting.

You are patient-focused and take pride in delivering high-quality care

You enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team

You value working in an inclusive and positive workplace

You want to feel appreciated and supported by your employer and colleagues

You hold current AHPRA registration

You must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship

You will be able to perform the following tasks:

• Clinical support for GPs, including care plans, health assessments, and chronic disease management

• Immunisations (including childhood and adult schedules)

• Wound care and dressings

• Infection control and sterilisation procedures

• Assisting with procedures as required

• Monitoring and maintaining clinical supplies and stock

• Accurate clinical documentation and patient record management

• Delivering patient education and health promotion

Experience in general practice and familiarity with Best Practice software (or similar) will be highly regarded.
