Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, in accordance with professional guidelines and organisation policies

• Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in resident records

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current registration as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in aged care nursing

• Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of best practices in nursing care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
