Our client is looking for experienced Registered Nurses who are available for an immediate start. The duration of this contract will be 3 weeks to 3 months in a 30-bed aged care facility located in North-Western Victoria.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience working as a Registered Nurse and posses the following:

• Current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Ability to relocate to North-western Victoria for the duration of 3 months (accommodation provided)
• Must have extensive sub-acute/ aged care experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use problem solving skills and a multidisciplinary team approach in the planning, delivery, and coordination of patient care
• Knowledge and understanding of person-centred care, evidenced based practice and quality improvement
• Demonstrated understanding of and ability to practice in accordance with legislation, policies and within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• You must have a current Police Check and Working with Children permit or be prepared to obtain both as conditions of employment
• Full immunisation history
• You must have the right to work in Australia
