Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Duty (Permanent Part-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well-established 64-bed residential aged care facility in Bangalow Village, just 15 minutes from Byron Bay.

This is a permanent part-time night duty role, ideal for a confident RN who is comfortable working as the sole nurse on shift, supported by 3 support workers.

• Night duty – solo RN on shift

• Clinical leadership and oversight of the shift

• Supervision and support of care staff

• Ensuring high-quality, resident-centred care

• 3 shifts per week (part-time)

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday

• Week 2: Monday, Friday, Sunday

• Roster may vary

• Current AHPRA registration

• Minimum 2–3 years RN experience

• Strong clinical judgement and leadership skills

• Previous aged care experience highly regarded

• Year 2: From $42/hour

• Year 3: From $45.50/hour

• Year 5+: From $53/hour

• Start date: ASAP

• Employment type: Permanent, part-time

• Interview process: 1–2 stages (usually 1), via face-to-face or Zoom
