About the Role
We’re currently seeking a Registered Nurse  to join our dedicated team on a permanent full-time basis, supporting clients across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers areas.

This role involves delivering clinical services in the home, conducting assessments, and collaborating with our care teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing services such as wound care, medication management, catheter care, and chronic disease support

• Conduct health assessments and clinical reviews

• Develop and monitor care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and coordinators

• Offer clinical oversight and mentoring to care staff

• Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to relevant compliance and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Level 1)

• Experience in aged care, disability support, or community nursing

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s licence

• Current Police Check, CPR/First Aid, and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
