We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Nurse to join our team on a casual basis in Nowra, NSW. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in nursing and Australian Health Practitioner Registration as a General Nurse. Speciality in Aged Care Nursing and experience as a Community Nurse are preferred.

Responsibilities:
As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assessing patients' health needs and developing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patients' health and progress
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Australian Health Practitioner Registration as a General Nurse
- Speciality in Aged Care Nursing
- Experience as a Community Nurse is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
