REGISTERED NURSE

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a passionate Nurse  to work  in the Aged Care Industry. 

Registered Nurse must be available all shifts, AM, PM and Night Duty

Registered Nurse Permanent Part Time

To Apply you must have the following:

• Current AHPRA Registration

• A current National Police certificate

• Current First aid Certificate

• Excellent communication skills

• Energy, empathy and a sense of humor

• Computer Literacy

• Proof of right to work and live in Australia.

• Teamwork focused.

• Ability to work all shifts, night duty equitable.

Your tasks will include:

• Undertake client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualized Care Plans

• Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments

• Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants

• Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcome.
