Operating as a private-billing clinic, this state-of-the-art facility features advanced treatment rooms and cutting-edge clinical equipment designed to optimize patient care. The successful candidate will work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of experienced General Practitioners, skilled administrative personnel, and a robust nursing cohort, creating a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.

The position offers an extensive scope of practice with comprehensive operational support. The practice boasts a highly organized administrative team and dedicated Chronic Disease Management (CDM) infrastructure, allowing the Registered Nurse to focus effectively on clinical delivery. Daily responsibilities encompass providing top-tier clinical care, administering immunisations, maintaining strict vaccine cold-chain management, and conducting preventative health assessments. Additionally, the nurse will lead wound care management, assist physicians with minor surgical procedures, perform ECGs, and manage meticulous, timely patient records. Beyond general practice, the clinic actively encourages the pursuit of special interest opportunities, allowing clinicians to develop niche skills in areas that align with their professional passions.

The incoming nurse will enjoy a high degree of clinical autonomy in managing daily tasks, backed by robust continuing professional development (CPD) support to facilitate ongoing education and career advancement. For experienced practitioners, the clinic offers rewarding supervisor opportunities to mentor junior staff and shape the future of the nursing team. Furthermore, the practice's premier location offers incredible lifestyle benefits, blending a thriving local community with excellent recreational amenities, making it the perfect setting to build a fulfilling career and a relaxed personal life.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience working within a General Practice environment.

  • Proficiency and hands-on knowledge of Best Practice software.
