Registered Nurse- GP Clinic

Location: Ryde, NSW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse -GP Clinic in Ryde to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis.

You will work closely with our General Practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative medical centre environment.

• Assisting GPs with chronic disease management, health assessments and care plans

• Performing clinical procedures including immunisations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, venepuncture, iron infusions and minor procedures

• Infection control, sterilisation and stock management

• Patient triage, recalls and follow-ups

• Accurate clinical documentation and Medicare-related nursing activities

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience working in a General Practice or Medical Centre

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
