Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and patient care within a general practice environment.
• Administer vaccinations and medications as per doctor's orders.
• Provide wound care, patient education, and health promotion.
• Maintain precise patient records.
• Uphold high-quality care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
• Address patient enquiries and concerns empathetically and professionally.
• Engage in Quality Improvement (QI) activities.
• Actively contribute to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
