Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist

An industry-leading national occupational rehabilitation provider is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join a tight-knit, high-performing team in Morwell, Victoria. This role operates within a private corporate health setting as part of a global healthcare network, providing essential supports to individuals living with illness, injury, or disability. The successful applicant will engage in a diverse range of clinical and case management duties designed to help clients achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. The consultant will liaise with medical professionals, employers, and insurers across various schemes, including Workers Compensation, Comcare, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. To ensure the workload remains manageable, consultants are supported by Rehabilitation Assistants who handle administrative tasks, allowing the therapist to focus on innovative problem-solving and meaningful client connection.
