About the Role:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll work closely with injured workers, employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes. You'll manage your own caseload while receiving ongoing support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workplace, vocational, ergonomic, and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality reports within required timeframes.
• Provide recommendations to optimise recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
• Manage a diverse caseload across NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and referral partners.

About You:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience working as a Rehabilitation Consultant or in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
• Experience within NSW Workers Compensation and/or CTP schemes is preferred.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
