RN - Practice Nurse - Eastern suburbs of Melbourne - Mixed billing

THE PRACTICE:

• An excellent opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse, as our client gets ready to farewell their Practice nurse who is retiring in a few months. Currently the nurse is at the clinic works 4 days a week. A new nurse is needed to join the practice 2 days a week immediately and extend into a 4 days ole in a couple of months.
• You will be required to support 3FTE doctors. The practice also performs Iron infusions and skin excisions at the clinic so support for these functions are critical. Another essential aspect would be experience pertaining to Care plans and Health assessments so previous General practice work would be desirable.
• Modern Practices with state-of-the-art Treatment room. 
• Friendly and supportive GPs and Admin staff.
• Open six days a week, Monday to Saturday.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Immunisations 
• Wound care & Dressings 
• GP management plans & health assessments 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Full AHPRA Nursing registration 
• Current Immunisation Certificate 
• Covid Modules for Covid Immunisation 
• Excellent time management and positive attitude 
• Experience in Care Planning and Health Assessments
