Senior Physiotherapist – Full-Time or Part-Time
About the RoleAn exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join a growing allied health team across Melbourne. This role offers flexibility to work across a variety of settings, including clinic-based, community-based, and telehealth services, supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Clinic operating hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Practitioners can select working hours that best suit their lifestyle and availability.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of new and existing clients
- Evaluate medical history, movement, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy and rehabilitation programs
- Deliver exercise prescription and home exercise programs
- Educate clients and caregivers on treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Adjust treatment plans based on client progress and outcomes
- Deliver services within clinic, community, and telehealth settings
- Work with a diverse caseload across all age groups
- Manage complex client presentations
- Conduct specialised Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and reports
- Support and supervise Physiotherapy and Allied Health Assistant students
- Provide mentoring and support to graduate Physiotherapists
- Participate in multidisciplinary team training and workshops
- Develop expertise in specialised clinical areas
- Contribute to internal education, mentoring, and supervision programs
Essential:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Membership with the relevant professional association
- Working With Children Check
- Victorian Police Check
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Preferred:
- Previous Physiotherapy experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
