Senior Physiotherapist (Full-Time)

Location: Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Full-Time Physiotherapist to join a well-established multidisciplinary allied health team in Port Macquarie. Senior-level experience is preferred; however, applications from physiotherapists at all experience levels will be considered.

You will work alongside a collaborative team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists who are committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care. The team values kindness, support, trust, and adaptability, creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

This role involves supporting individuals living with cerebral palsy and similar conditions, with the majority of clients aged 0–18 years. As a senior team member, you will also provide mentorship and professional support to colleagues within your discipline and the broader therapy team.

About the Service

The Port Macquarie clinic is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring:

  • Extensive therapy resources and equipment
  • Pool vehicles for community visits

Approximately 70% of client appointments are clinic-based, with the remaining services delivered in homes and community settings. The team operates a regional outreach model, supporting clients across:

  • Port Macquarie
  • Wauchope
  • Taree
  • Forster
  • Kempsey
  • Coffs Harbour

  • Competitive salary package approximately $80,000–$140,000 (including superannuation), depending on experience

Essential Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current driver's licence
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
