In Australia, the population aged 50 and older is now 8.9 million people. This group of clients is full of vibrant, motivated and intelligent people interested in improving their physical and mental well-being and slowing the ageing process.

Fizzio Clinics was established with this market in mind. We've taken modern sports physio and exercise physiology interventions, adapted them and created a powerful approach to preventing, treating and managing clients' presentations and, more broadly, ageing.

The Position:

The position offers the successful applicant the opportunity to join our growing physio team in a Senior Physiotherapist and leadership role with structured career opportunities and the rewards of growing the business.

You will be responsible for seeing community-based clients in our clinic network. A typical caseload is a mixture of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and neurological presentations of 50+ adults.

All clinicians are supported by the clinic director with unlimited access as required. In addition, we have structured mentoring sessions tailored to your individual needs, in-house PD every six weeks and a generous PD budget with no upper limit. In addition, we have a defined and structured electronic clinical notes system with administrative support to ensure reporting is simple and efficient.

About You:

We are looking for a self-starter capable of working independently with a desire to mentor younger staff and take a leadership role within the business. You will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience and a commitment to developing your clinical and leadership skills.

If you are a curious person, passionate about helping clients and inspired to find innovative treatment approaches, please consider this position.

We offer you:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience with annual performance reviews + 5 weeks of Annual Leave and a motor vehicle allowance with the opportunity to tap into our bonus incentives and structured career pathway.
