We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Grade 1 and Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join our team. At our clinics, in schools and kindergartens, we provide individual and group therapy for clients with speech, language, social and literacy challenges. Our clients are preschool, school-aged children, and young adults. 

Your role will involve:

• assessing and providing evidence-based intervention 
• collaborating with parents/carers to determine goals to meet your clients’ needs 
• managing your caseload 
• generating case notes and reports
• reporting to the NDIS 
• collaborating with peers 
• developing your professional and personal goals 

We are seeking someone who has: 

• experience with paediatric intervention
• well-developed written/oral communication 
• excellent interpersonal skills
• ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent degree. New graduate welcome.
• Current SPA Membership and adherence to SPA PSR programme
• Valid Australian Working rights
• Professional indemnity, and public liability insurance
• Current WWCC
• Current driver’s licence and own car
