The Role

As a mobile community-based speech pathologist, working as part of a collaborative inter-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, person-centred therapy services throughout the South Metro, Mandurah, and Rockingham regions. Your caseload will be determine by your passion and interest areas. We can design a caseload around adults, paediatrics, school aged - or across the lifespan! You will provide speech therapy services to our participants, and where relevant, their families and carers, across a range of therapy needs from short-term interventions to complex, long-term needs.

The role requires the provision of clinical support and guidance to Kern Allied Health’s speech pathologists and therapy team.

What you will need to bring:

• A desire to provide optimal care for your clients, using your existing skills, but more importantly by pursuing continuous professional growth and improvement
• Commitment to Kern’s values of Respect, Compassion and Teamwork

Oh, you should have the standard qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science (Speech Pathology) or approved equivalent
• Full SPA registration
• A valid working with children check
• A valid West Australian drivers’ licence
• A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
