In Balance Speech Pathology, located only 90km from Perth in Northam Western Australia, are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic team member who is motivated to immerse themselves in a small and friendly community.

The team at In Balance work closely with a large and experienced multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals, and strongly believe in community integration and inclusivity.

 The role will be initially part-time (3-4 days a week), with the potential to expand to full time within the first three months. You will provide assessment and intervention in the clinic rooms, outdoors, schools, homes and community areas, across 1:1 and group based contexts.

A fantastic opportunity also arises for this innovative and forward thinking individual to be involved in the establishment of a holistic children’s health centre, garden and a heath café, where the elderly and kids can interact.

Experience & Skills:
- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification as a Speech Pathologist
- Speech Pathology Australia registration
- Preferred practicum experience working with children and adults with disabilities
- Knowledge of the NDIS, individualised planning and funding options preferred
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and set priorities
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
