Speech Pathologist

Description

The successful candidate will provide Speech Pathology and will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessments and intervention for children, young people and adults with disability.

Requirements

• Manage a clinical case load of 5 billable hours per day.
• Integrate speech pathology services with other Kudos services to support a multi-disciplinary approach and liaising with and engaging in decision making, client reviews, planning sessions, program conferences and other appropriate meetings.
• Conduct ongoing review and evaluation of interventions to maximise outcomes for clients and families and to enable the most effective use of resources.
• Work and liaise with carers and families, service providers and community members to enhance the quality of life and choice for children and young people.
• Encourage client and family participation in program evaluation to ensure that services are relevant to the individual family’s needs and priorities.
