About Us

We are a paediatric speech pathology practice situated in the heart of the Sutherland Shire and have been in operation for over 20 years. Our passion for working with families and achieving great outcomes for our clients has resulted in long waiting lists. We have recently expanded our office space and we now have beautiful new therapy rooms that we want to fill with dedicated therapists so that we can meet the needs of the families in our community.  We are currently seeking therapists who enjoy working with children and their families, have a growth mindset, are willing to learn and have a genuine desire to see positive changes in the lives of their clients and families.

We have a diverse and interesting caseload and work predominantly with children aged 18 months to 18 years, although we do see some young adults as well. We are NDIS registered and treat children with a variety of diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit disorder, developmental delay, apraxia, cerebral palsy, hearing loss, down syndrome and genetic disorders. We also love working with neurotypical children with delayed speech production, language delays and literacy difficulties.

Our culture centres around doing the best that we can for our clients and continuing to grow in our knowledge and understanding around speech pathology. Ongoing learning, peer mentoring, supervision, mentoring and support is at the core of our weekly schedules.

Benefits

  • Above award wages with incentive bonuses so that you feel well rewarded for the work that you do
  • Supportive, caring team
  • Extensive in-house, whole-person supervision by senior therapists who have received supervision training
