Speech Therapist (Relocate to Melbourne)

Based in Melbourne, the most livable city in Australia, we have opportunities available for 3 Speech Therapists and 3 Occupational Therapists to join our growing company! We are seeking a number of vibrant and enthusiastic Speech Therapists (known as Speech Pathologists in Australia) to join our existing team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians and Music therapist. Applicants with a green thumb are at an advantage as we incorporate innovative therapy models with a horticultural twist!

A bit about the position

Tilegne Therapy works with clients across the lifespan who experience a diverse range of challenges requiring our support. You will have a primarily paediatric caseload, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to take on a mixed caseload of adults and children from a variety of backgrounds if desired.

We offer flexibility with our positions wherever possible to ensure your work life balance is just how you like it. Variations in hours and location of work, and caseload variation is available for our team members.

A highly supported Graduate Program is in place to mentor and train early-career clinicians in all aspects of clinical practice.

Pathways within our practice structure allow for motivated clinicians to progress into management positions in the future if desired.

Above award remuneration based on clinical competency and experience is available. Applications from early career or experienced therapists are welcome.

The successful candidate will have:

• An understanding of family-centred practice
• To be passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals
• Confidence working in early intervention and school aged populations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work closely within a multidisciplinary team
• A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, Canada or the United States
• Bilingual speakers welcomed
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and Working with children's check
• Drivers Licence
