We are currently seeking a skilled and confident Nurse Practitioner with demonstrated experience in administering medical infusions, primarily iron infusions, to join our team in a flexible and supportive working environment.
 

The Role

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering safe and effective infusion therapy to patients in a general practice setting. While the majority of infusions will be iron, there may also be opportunities to expand into other medical infusions as the clinic grows. You will work closely with GPs and nursing staff to ensure patients receive holistic and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-infusion assessments and administer intravenous iron and other medical infusions

• Monitor patients throughout treatment and provide post-infusion care

• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support continuity of care

• Educate patients on treatment, potential side effects, and aftercare

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner

• Proven experience with iron infusions (essential); broader infusion experience highly regarded

• Ability to work independently within a team-based care model

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
