If you possess demonstrated patient-facing experience outlining treatment plans in the capacity of a Treatment Coordinator, and particularly in the specialist area of Orthodontics, this can be your next great career step.
Whether you live locally to the Sutherland Shire and are looking to stay close, or are simply willing to travel due to the strength of the opportunity, you will work alongside a respected and professional Orthodontic team.
The ideal candidate will have Orthodontic practice experience, exceptional communication skills and the ability to multi-task across various functions within the practice, including front desk.
Specific Orthodontic experience and a Radiography licence are both preferred, however not essential for the candidate with other strong qualities and clear dental experience. Working alongside the Orthodontist you will present treatment plans and ensure follow-up calls, appointments and correspondence is carried out.

- Be well presented and professional
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Minimum 2 years experience in the dental field
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting an advantage
- Understanding of the Treatment Coordinator role
- Be punctual and reliable
