Vocationally Registered General Practitioner

We are a new, modern and up to date AGPAL accredited medical centre which has been open for 1 year in the Norwest Business park
Presently, we have a sole Principal GP, with a view to expanding to 2-3 FTE VR GP to cater for our current, expanding patient base of over 15,000 patients. We have a visiting specialist cardiologist, as well as numerous allied health professionals including psychologist, audiologist, podiatrist and full-time practice nurse.
We are AGPAL Accredited as of October 2024. 
We offer competitive billing percentages in a well established mixed-billing practice, a friendly and welcoming team and a novel incentivized billing percentage to commence within the upcoming year. We would be open to speaking to FRACGP qualified practitioners looking for a dynamic, clinically challenging and fulfilling experience with opportunities for an immediate start aiming to develop a fruitful long term relationship.

Key Role Highlights
Location: Norwest Business Park with close proximity to Lakeview and Norwest Hospitals, on-site Allied Health, nearby pathology and imaging, situated in the heart of the highly desirable and quickly evolving residential and commercial suburb of Norwest!
Hours of Operation: Our clinic is open from Monday to Friday 0800-1800, and Saturdays from 0800-1200 with flexible hours available and the option of adapting to requirements with a long term goal of increased business hours coverage.
Special Interests: We are particularly interested in Chronic Disease Management, Preventative Care and Family focused health, which we pride ourselves on looking after generations of families. We have a fully functional treatment rooms and with our experienced practice nurse, can cater for small dermatological procedures, IV infusions and wound management. We will also be looking to engage in the growing surrounding commercial entities to provide pre-employment medicals, work cover relationships and executive medical services.
Competitive Billings: We offer 75% billings in a centre with over 1500 patients currently being serviced by a Principal GP. We are planning on introducing a novel, incentivised billing percentage unique to Vista Premier Health which will offer higher billing percentages based on total billings, to be discussed within the 2025 calendar year. Current scope to bill $2-3K per day.
Family Practice: We pride ourselves on truly being a family practice, whereby we serve multiple generations of families and our principal GP has been serving the Hills District for over 23 years. We have a supportive and collaborative working environment with a focus on learning and the opportunity for clinical development and expansion of subspecialty interests.
Essential Criteria
- Vocationally Registered GP or FRACGP
- Current AHPRA registration without restrictions
- Current medical indemnity insurance
- Australian Resident or Citizen
