VR General Practitioner

Join our established practice as a General Practitioner. This role is ideal for a GP seeking clinical autonomy, strong support, and a genuine work/life balance. Our patients are primarily young working professionals, creating a dynamic, fast-paced, and engaging clinical environment. We focus on sustainable, patient-centred care, with flexible scheduling, appropriate consultation lengths, and a skilled team backing you.

Day in the Life
Start the day seeing a mix of routine consultations, quick requests (prescriptions & medical certificates), and wellness check-ins, supported by our nursing team. The middle of the day allows flexible breaks or CPD, followed by afternoon appointments with our youthful, dynamic patient base of working professionals. With appropriate consultation lengths, nursing support, and minimal admin distractions, you can provide high-quality care without stress, while still enjoying life outside the clinic.
About You
- FRACGP / FACRRM (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Commitment to patient-centred care
- Collaborative, professional, and ethical approach
