We're seeking an experienced VR General Practitioner to join our veteran-focused Chronic Care Team — one structured day in clinic, one purposeful day remote, no lock-in.

About the Role
Based at Prime Performance Physiotherapy, North Ipswich, with full nursing and admin support. The remote day leads structured telehealth case conferencing (~22 reviews) alongside our multidisciplinary Chronic Care Team. This is not a standard locum — it's coordinated, evidence-based chronic disease work for veterans and complex patients.

- $240/hr guaranteed (3 months), then 70% of billings — Medicare & DVA bulk-billed

Who We're Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration, no conditions
- FRACGP/ACRRM or 19AB exemption eligibility in a DPA location
- Chronic disease management and complex care experience
- Comfortable with GPMPs, TCAs, prescribing and referrals
- Home-office setup for the remote day
