Workplace Psychologist

ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

At a time where wellness is more important than ever, we are adding to our capability to assist our teams with mental health initiatives. We are looking for a professional in the field of workplace or organisation psychology who wants to improve the health & wellbeing of our workforce. We are seeking applications from interested persons for a full time position based from our Perth Office. This position has flexi-time expectations due to some travel requirements.

The Position

You will be an integral part of our Tastelife team. The Tastelife team is the leading provider of health and wellbeing services within remote and corporate services across a variety of industries. The position is responsible for delivering our current major mental health initiatives, including;

• Program implementation, monitoring and reporting
• Psychological health awareness trainer
• Mental health SME
• Contributing member of Tastelife teams operational remit

The Person

• Qualification relevant to your area of expertise
• Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
• Proven ability to project manage major mental health initiatives
• Demonstrated ability in training and assessing mental health courses
• Demonstrated skill in working autonomously, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with a sound understanding of your role as a mental health practitioner
• Willingness to travel
