Program Administrator
SCOPE:
• Develop and manage contracts, programs, projects and services
• Solve day to day operational issues for the business
• Manage paperwork and create secure repository for all company documentation
• Work with Clinical Directors, clinicians and practice managers to build business
infrastructure and achieve business objectives
• Advise CEO on key risks and opportunities, and support any reporting requirements
• Develop and manage dataset for evaluation and tracking of patient outcomes
• Support management of Osana clinics and property
SKILLS:
• Highly organised, efficient worker, keen to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communications
• IT savy – Proficient in Word templates/formatting, basic Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
Experienced in using shared folders and online/mobile Apps
• Can-do attitude and able to own and solve problems
EXPERIENCE:
• Executive assistant or HR coordinator or Program coordinator
• Customer service
• Desired education backgrounds – business or marketing, human resources or health care
TERMS:
• $77,000 package per annum
• Standard employment conditions – 9.5% super, 20 days annual and 10 days personal leave
• Hours 8.30am – 5.30pm weekdays with occasional evening/Saturday if business event;
