Her Medical is an exclusive, boutique and beautiful, state-of-the-art medical centre which is tailored to meet the needs of women as they transition throughout their various stages of life. Established in 2021, the need for a medical centre dedicated to women's health has been extremely well received with current GP's booked out well in advance. Room utilization is at 100% and with an increasing patient base which is monitored monthly, identified is the need for several General Practitioners with a Special Interest in Women's Health. The patient base is predominantly made up of women of all ages, however, it is common for the GP's to see their partners and children. Cross referrals within the practice between the GP's and their special interest fields is also common, as is referrals from other medical centres throughout the Gold Coast to assist in specific women's needs.

Furthermore, the practice values Work Life balance for the entire team. The practice has quarterly clinical meetings to discuss administrative matters and identify areas of improvements with the team of GP’s, Management, Nurses and receptionists

The practice is ALWAYS well staffed at all times. A brief overview as follows:-

• A highly skilled & experienced Practice Manager as well as a 2IC is on site at all times every day. Supporting clinic doctors by efficiently managing administrative tasks, optimising schedules, overseeing logistics, handling finances, fostering effective communication among staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and at all times maintaining  a cohesive and productive work environment that facilitates quality patient care.
• A well experienced and trained reception team which attend to and assist the needs of each General Practitioner as required on a daily basis . To optimise delivery, the clinic's reception staff to doctor ratio exceeds the industry norm, enhancing efficiency and patient care.
• 2 FTE highly skilled Nurses' well experienced in Women's health to provide valuable assistance. Each nurse works out of their own dedicated nurse room. 
• Various allied health providers onsite
• An onsite pathology providing express results
• Ongoing industry specific It Support which is 2nd to none
• Daily Cleaners

About the incoming GP:

• You dictate  preferred working days and hours
• You will possess unrestricted AHPRA Registration
• You will possess RACGP or ACCRM Fellowship
• You will appreciate that there is NO lock in contracts. 
• You can customise your medical practice and patient roster both clinically and in terms of billing, all while establishing a reputation for clinical excellence within the community.
• You will receive uncompromised support in letting the community know you will be part of the her medical team as well as ongoing marketing awareness

Your Renumeration - As an independent contractor you will receive % of your billings as follows:

• 80% of your billings for an initial 3 month period.
• Following your initial 3 month period, you will receive 70% of your billings ongoing

As a private billings practice, where your time and expertise is valued by the patient base, it is up to yourself on the amount of work you choose to undertake and the remuneration you will receive whilst maintaining your desired work life balance.
