Role Description
The Healan Centre is currently seeking a part-time Clinical Psychologist to join our team on-site in Western Australia, Australia. The Clinical Psychologist will work with our team of mental health professionals to provide high-quality care and treatment to individuals living with mental illness. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing evidence-based therapies, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent degree in related field
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience with a wide range of clinical presentations, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders
- Experience conducting assessments and providing evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Experience working collaboratively with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training
