- Experience working in community settings, case management, disability employment or occupational rehab sectors.

- Demonstrated computer literacy

What will you be doing? Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for clients.
- Managing a caseload of clients
- Providing education and guidance to clients and their families
- Utilise clinical observations and assessments and findings to develop treatment goals
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Supporting clients to manage a range of factors in their life which may also impact employment
- Engage in training and development and peer group supervision
- Collaborate with our wider team.
- Provide education to employees and co-workers
Qualifications
- Have a Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- Currently Registered with APHRA as a Physiotherapist
- Have your own car and a full license
- Medicare Provider Number
