Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, company project development and in service trainings.
- Equipment prescription and home modifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
- Proven experience working in the disability and mental health sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and disabilities.
