Employers are offering big incentives to attract and retain staff

• The state government appoints Marion Hailes-MacDonald as the first director of its Office of Disability.
• Hailes-MacDonald is part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme’s initial design as well and has a significant role in the Disability Services Commission.
• Shaun Collins becomes the state manager of disability services provider What Ability.
• Collins will be leading the expansion of the organisation into Western Australia.
