- : Online

The evidence around the efficacy and usefulness of different programs will be discussed along with practical aspects of using the programs.
Relevance to General Practice
After conducting 3 focus groups, and an extensive GP survey, on the subject of e-mental health programs, it is clear that there is a lack of knowledge about the subject of e-mental health in general practice. In particular, which programs are available, which patients are suitable for e-mental health programs, and how to integrate these programs into the treatment of patients with mild to moderate depression and anxiety. The most popular way in which GPs requested training on the subject, was via webinars.
