GPs, practice nurses and other primary care professionals are invited to join the Heart Foundation and the expert panel as we unpack the often-invisible connection between mental health and CVD risk, in the lead-up to World Heart Day and October's mental health awareness initiatives.

Mental illness is increasingly recognised as a risk factor for CVD, with severe mental illness associated with a 37% increase in the risk of cardiovascular events. This webinar will explore the latest evidence and innovative approaches to delivering mental health support in primary care, including blended care and the evidence base for digital/e-supports.

This webinar has been accredited by the RACGP for 1 Educational Activity CPD hour (activity no. 589766). Education provider: Scius Healthcare Solutions.
