WOUND MANAGEMENT SEMINAR

This Smith & Nephew Wound Management Seminar will address: Review anatomy and physiology of skin, the physiology of wound healing, the process of tissue repair and scar management. We will discover principles of holistic wound assessment, factors influencing healing and the human and economic cost of wounds. We look at T.I.M.E.

M – Moisture imbalance

E – Edge of wound not advancing

and suggested product solutions for Wound Bed Preparation (WBP).
