Child & Family Health Nurse - Moree NSW

Community position with family friendly work hours.
In this position you will find yourself working within a supportive Maternal and Child Health team providing care for children aged 0-5 years and their families. You will be working within a large multidisciplinary team in a community based setting and in particular collaborating with the Aboriginal & Maternal Infant Health Strategy team (AMIHS), Maternity staff, General Practitioners and other government and non-government agencies to provide integrated seamless care. You will be supported throughout your transition into the role and the Moree region.
