Be a part of a growing and dynamic team within Allied Health: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Physiotherapists to join our Adelaide team working across Residential Aged Care and Community Care Settings.  Several part time or full time opportunities exist with flexibility in days and hours and across several locations including Glenelg, Felixstow and Prospect.

As a Physiotherapist at Uniting Communities you will: help us work with our customer group to deliver pain management treatments and 1:1 private consultations, develop individualised treatment plans that support re-ablement and wellness and provide physiotherapy education and training to residents.  Falls prevention and strength and balance training as well as individualised exercise/gym programs will be a part of your role.


 About you - the successful applicant will have:

  • a physiotherapy qualification and relevant professional membership  
  • an understanding of issues for older people and have knowledge of the range and type of services available for them 
  • exceptional clinical reasoning and assessment skills and enjoy the challenges of working with older people who have chronic conditions and complex care needs
  • be a new graduate or an experienced professional 
  • an interest in continuous improvement and knowledge of ACFI care planning and assessments will be highly regarded 
  • excellent communication, customer service skills, demonstrated ability to build and develop strong working relationships and a strong ability work both independently and as part of a team

Remuneration: Salary will be dependent on experience and/or qualifications.  We also provide generous salary packaging benefits that enable you to significantly increase your take home salary.
