Vermont Medical Clinic seeks an experienced Enrolled or Division 2 Registered Nurse who is interested in chronic disease management and working with doctors to deliver high quality comprehensive healthcare. The main focus in this role will be creating and delivering care plans and health assessments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Preparation and support of GPs in care planning and health assessments
- Infection control
- Inventory management
- Patient recalls
- Maintain accreditation standards
- Triage, wound management
- Immunisations (including Covid 19 immunisations).
