About Us

• Super Rehab provides therapy at our client's homes for their convenience and comfort. We have been delivering high-quality Home-Based Allied Health Services for elderly people and people living with disabilities since 2013. We are based in Petersham and we service most Sydney Metropolitan areas. We are looking for physiotherapists willing to cover Northern and /or Western Sydney suburbs.

The Opportunity

• We have a full-time position available for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our professional and friendly team as we expand our services.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Duties

• Providing initial Physiotherapy assessment and ongoing treatment to elderly clients and NDIS participants with disabilities
• Traveling to clients homes for Physiotherapy assessments and interventions
• Completing accurate documentation and application reports
• Liaising with services providers and other team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduates and experienced clinicians all welcome to apply!
• AHPRA Registration
• NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) or willing to apply for one
• Professional indemnity and liability insurance
• Current Drivers License
• Demonstrated understanding of the complex needs of elderly clients, and adults with physical disabilities or neurological conditions
• Previous home-based Physio experience - Desirable
• NDIS knowledge - Desirable
